"More than a craft, I consider effective writing/documentation an Art, that I do well"

 

 

 

The founder, Ashley was looking for a way to convey her love for Japanese art with her passion for writing.  She was inspired by the total commitment and diligence of the Geisha that went into learning and excelling in culture particularly writing.

 

Geisha actually the combination of two Japanese (Kanji) words 芸 (gei) meaning "art" and 者 (sha) meaning "person" or "doer".   The Geisha not only had to exude sophistication but also perfect the cultural studies of the country. She was to be the ultimate 'art person of art'. This often included being able and requested to write exquisitely creative writing such as Haikus.

 

Inspired by her research and the meaning/symbolism behind of the color Royal Blue, Ashley went about establishing the name, logo, and services.
